Computer imageParents/guardians are required to update their family contact information, emergency contacts, and other important information every year on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. This process requires a Parent Portal account, and only the primary household guardian will have access to the “Update Contact Information” link. Non-primary household guardians should still update phone numbers and emergency contacts in the Parent Portal under “More.” Student accounts cannot be used to access this contact information, as a parent account is required. Please note that in order to receive text messages from the District or your child’s school, cell phone numbers must be listed in the cell phone field. 

This annual process takes less than 10 minutes. Even if you believe your contact information has not changed, parents/guardians are required to login to the Parent Portal and verify that their information is up-to-date. If you need assistance accessing the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, please call the Help Desk at 920-448-2148. 

The District Office will be open on Tuesday, August 20 and Thursday, August 22 until 6:30 p.m. to provide parents/guardians support with updating contact information and/or online registering of new students. Support will be provided for parents whose first language is English or Spanish. 

If you are changing your primary household address or registering a new student, please bring the following proof of address: mortgage, lease or current utility bill, and if registering a new student also bring the child's birth certificate and immunization record.
