We are thrilled to recognize one principal and one student as winners of the 2021 Herb Kohl Educational Foundation Awards.
Raquel Quevedo Vasquez of East High School - Student Initiative Scholars, chosen by their schools, are recognized for demonstrating exceptional initiative in the classroom and showing strong promise for succeeding in college and beyond. Raquel will receive a $10,000 scholarship.
Rod Bohm of Southwest High School - Principal Leaders are chosen for setting high standards for instruction, achievement and character, and creating a climate to best serve students, families, staff and community. Rod will receive a $6,000 award, and a matching award for his school.
