General Dates

May 1st         Begin accepting requests for the upcoming school year
May 14th       
Summer school lists due to Transportation (Staff Task)
June 1st         Private school enrollment forms due
June 1st         Summer school routes published
July 15th        Route paths completed
July 30th        Parent forms due to Transportation

August 19th  Enrollment deadline to ensure routing by September 3rd (Students enrolled between 8/24                                    and 9/4 could be begin busing as late as 9/14.
August 20th  Payment due in full for parent paid contracts to ensure ride on September 5th
August 30th  Payments due in full for Leonardo DaVinci parent paid contracts to ensure ride on 9/4

Important Note: ​Students who request transportation on 8/31 or later will be subject to normal processing time, which is approximately 1 week from the date of request.

Change Letter Mailing Dates

Letters wiill only be sent to students with bus/stop changes or time changes of more than ten minutes from original time.
